Casey Connor (Coach/ Strength Programmer-CrossFit Level 1 Cert., U.S.A. Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach, Attendee Rudy Nielsen's Outlaw Training Camp). Casey's specialty is the bar, hands down. He practiced weightlifting at Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, Florida, and placed 5th at the 1998 Junior Nationals in Savannah GA. Casey was also a Collegiate Rower at Florida Tech. Casey has been a staple here at the Voodoo Box and we are very happy to have him on board!

Aaron Williams (Level 1 Coach, Gymnastics Cert)- Aaron has a background in football and competitive CrossFit coaching. He has followed the Outlaw Way programming since the 2013 Open and has made leaps and bounds towards becoming a regional athlete. Very excited for the 2015 Open, Aaron is poised for big things this year.

April Kalousek (Aprrentice Coach) April has a background in Competitive Volleyball and Swimming. She is an experienced runner and has completed over a dozen races and a triathlon. She has been CrossFitting for almost 2 years, and loves the competitive edge CrossFit brings to the table.

She was hooked after the first WOD and knew that this would be a life long journey. Katy has a BA in Psychology and believes that Crossfit is not only great for the body, but great for the mind. Katy's professional background, specifically working with survivors of traumatic events, offers a unique perspective on how fitness can help people cope with difficult events in their lives. Katy's goal is to help build one heck of a dream team at Voodoo Crossfit by helping members reach their unique goals
