Ryan Myers (USAG Safety Certified, Boys/Girls Gymnastic Coach, Tumbling Coach CrossFit Level 1) has been coaching all levels of boys and girls gymnastics since 2009. He was the Assistant Head Coach and Assistant Manager at Gulf Coast Gymnastics in Gulf Breeze, Florida prior to moving to finish his education in Atlanta. He also competed on the Georgia Tech Club Gymnastics Team. Ryan has been crossfitting since late 2012 and has recently started following the Squat Mafia competitive programming.

He graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX back in 2002. Since then, his interest in health and fitness has continue so it's only natural that he found his way into CrossFit. Mando joined the Voodoo CrossFit family in February 2017.

Her dancing skills can still be viewed in between workouts.
