Voodoo Strength Class
This class focuses on a linear progression format to strengthen powerlifting movements. These movements are an accessory to the Olympic lifts. We will be focusing on increasing strength on Deadlifts, Bench Press, Strict or Military Press, and Squatting, and did we say Squatting? Having issues with your clean P.R? May we suggest some more squats?
