-between each set of deadlift, do 5 tire sledges per hand

Back Squat AHAP - 4x3

Good Mornings - 4x8 (refrain from going super heavy)

Supermans - 4x15

AHAP = as heavy as possible keeping form perfect; when in doubt start low and work up in weight
