-full snatch, snatch from top of knee, snatch from mid thigh. all snatches move through squat.

Snatch Balance (heavy, but not maximal) - 4x3

-get at least 4 sets of 5 (per hand) tire sledges during the strength workout

Supermans - 3x15

Frog Kicks - 3x12

AHAP = as heavy as possible keeping form perfect; when in doubt start low and work up in weight
