Even minutes: one arm strict press w/kb or db at a weight doable for 1 metric shit ton of lifts. Alternating hands is ok.

Odd minutes: Perform the complex of clean/hang clean/Front Squat/ Front Squat into front rack hold. (115/75)

Double Under Practice for any time remaining.
