Person A & B start at the same side of the box, Person A bear crawls to the other side of the box, to complete 10 DB push press, and bear crawl back to person B

while person A takes off for the bear crawl person B starts knocking out front squats (95/65), AMRAP on Front squats until person B returns, when person B returns they switch, keep going until 7 min. is up

Rest 1 min.

Person A & B start at the same side of the box, Person B bear crawls to the other side of the box, to complete 10 front squats (95/65), and bear crawl back to person A

while person B takes off for the bear crawl person A starts knocking out DB push press, AMRAP on DB push press until person B returns, when person B returns they switch. and keep going until 7 min. is up.
