SWOD:

Split jerks (hold 3 sec in split) 5 sets x 3 reps @ 75%,

Push press 4 sets x 5 reps @60% of jerk 1rm

WOD: This wod was the first wod that Scott & Steph ever did. The key here is to have absolutely no rest during the jump rope (singles). The rest if any, should be minimized, but done during the push up station. The score is your total number of push ups.
