1.9.14 "Snatch Test"


1RM Back Squat OR Snatch

EMOM 2 snatch @ 75-80% 1RM for 5 min, then immediately into a 2 min AMRAP of Snatch. Only count successful reps during the EMOM. There are no do overs on the doubles. If you miss a rep, you must wait until the next minute to try again

Rest 5 min

5 min AMRAP of KB clean and jerks. Scale to swings if needed. Look for a kb that you think you could go with minimal rest.
