Ok, so you don't like running. Unless you are Sonia Perez or Tino, you are just the same as anyone else. Remember, you do CrossFit to accomplish big things and you ARE up for the challenge. When you think about it, running is kind of the easiest thing we will ever ask you to do. Get your headphones, put up your oly shoes for 5 seconds, geez. Today you are a runner. Anything and everything, the unknown and unknowable. 5k's are nothing. Oh yeah.... DO NOT STOP.
