SWOD:

Snatch Test 80% of Full Snatch, 2 EMOM for 5 min. Then Minute 6 & 7 are an AMRAP of the snatch weight. The EMOM attempts can only be tried for success TWICE. 17 successful reps in all= Go heavier next time.

Following this, Rest then max reps BS with the above weight UNBROKEN, not to exceed 20 reps.
