Find 1 RM Backsquat

WOD:

A)For 6 min,

even: KB CnJ- cannot put bells down

odd: kb front rack hold

rest 3 min

B) for 6 min:

Even: Box Jumps

Odd: Push Ups----- If you are NOT scaling push ups, the push up must be initiated with your hips off of the ground. NO PART OF THE HIP OR THIGH SHOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH THE GROUND AS YOU ARE PUSHING. This would be scaling the push up even more than going from the knee. You are shortchanging yourself if your push up is shady.
