Griff.... Hero WOD

Ok, so today, we will have the regularly scheduled 8:45am class. The evening, there will be ******NO 5PM WOD ******* Tami Stromberg will be coaching for the first time ever at 6pm!!!! Coach Casey will be coaching the 7PM. 
Todays WOD will require some prep in terms of proper footwear, proper stretching, and some mental focus. Shoot for a good time here, this WOD is different, fun, and a bit of a challenge. Backwards running.... your shins will love you. This is for you mob. freaks. Try this.... it WILL help your run.
