WOD:

Starting with an empty bar:

every 2 min adding 20#, go as many minutes as possible of Snatch Doubles. When snatch fails, resort to clean doubles, when cleans fail, result to DL Singles (The doubles do not have to be touch and go, for example, they may be a single on each minute of the 2 min)

Once you fail, descent on weight by 20# with DL Singles until the room finishes, or 20 minutes, Whichever goes LONGER.

If you went very light, and you get to the empty bar before the cut, go back up and down the ladder .
