Skill: DB Hang Clean

WOD:

10 RFT with a partner, all with DB

15 Push Press

12 Reverse Lunges

9 Deadlifts

cannot put DBs down until end of set or you start the set over. 

Weight should be considered (Med) where 15 reps of push press is a struggle but doable. The grip will prove to be troublesome in later rounds.
