WOD is now posted to fb group. 




5 minutes to establish a max effort pull up set, then directly into finding a 5 RM clean grip deadlift (no mixed or hook grip allowed)


-if you can't get 10 pull ups unbroken without a doubt, then your workout will be a max effort set of kettle bell swings 53/35#


-both the pullups and deadlifts are to be done within the 5 minute cap, so you have to be fast.
